The subject of the contract includes the provision of comprehensive services related to technical maintenance and administrative service of the property over a period of 36 months, consisting of:

1) The stadium together with the area constituting plots of land No. 12/1 and 12/2 from precinct 3-01-01 in the area of al. Ks. J. Poniatowski, ul. Szczecin coast and Al. Zieleniecka, in the Praga Południe District in Warsaw,

2) Administrative and technical support building located on the north side of the stadium at ul. Siwca in Warsaw - headquarters PL.2012 + Sp. z o. o.

3) Container facilities on the south side at Al. Ks. J. Poniatowski,

4) Infrastructure, installations and equipment adjacent to the stadium, the area located on plots with reference numbers 12/1 and 12/2 from precinct 3-01-01 in the area of al. Ks. J. Poniatowski, ul. Szczecin coast and al. Zieleniecka, in the Praga Południe District in Warsaw and part of the rainwater drainage system draining rainwater to the Kamionkowskie Lake and the Vistula located outside the above plots along with their outlets.
