Contents: Dismantling of the interior fittings and the existing technical systems, structural measures such as vibration insulation, test bench foundation, absorption cladding walls, soundproof windows, floor construction, crane installation of the motors, upgrading of the existing building parts in terms of fire protection and safety technology, planning and construction supervision of the technical systems ( Exhaust gas routing, fuel supply, room air systems, cooling and refrigeration systems, room air monitoring devices, electrical systems for supplying consumers, building automation and maintenance concept, commissioning management of all systems, building and emission control approval procedures).
