The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust's Commercial Procurement Service seeks to introduce a new commercial Framework Agreement for the provision of Natural Gas. The Framework Agreement will be required to deliver gas to its customers from 1.4.2019 for a 4 year period. Upon contract award, the Framework Agreement will be utilised with immediate effect to purchase gas in advance for the portfolio.
