The Brønnøysund Register Centre has entered into a framework agreement with Caverion Norge AS. The contract includes a service agreement, option for call-offs of the electro services and materials related to these assignments. The framework agreement includes the Brønnøysund Register Centre's premises in Brønnøysund.

The framework agreement period is 2 years from 1.1.2016. Unilateral option for the Brønnøysund Register Centre to prolong the agreement with up to 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 year.

The options will be automatically triggered unless there is distinct notification of termination of the agreement, at the latest one month prior to the option period taking effect.

At present the Brønnøysund Register Centre rents approx. 13 500 m2 in Brønnøysund. This is divided in 3 buildings.
