The subject of the contract is the construction of a section of the sanitary sewage network by gravity and pressure with a total length of approx. 182 m, in the town of Celestynów, Leśna Street" as part of the implementation of the project entitled Improvement of water and sewage management in the municipality of Karczew and Celestynów - stage II. POIS.02.03.00-00-0104/17 as part of measure 2.3 "Water and sewage management in agglomerations" priority axis II "Environmental protection, including adaptation to climate change" of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020.

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

1) Construction of a sewage network in a gravity and pressure system with a total length of approx. 182 m from PVC SN 8 pipes (gravity network), PE 100 SDR 11 PN 16 (pressure network) and gravity channels from PVC SN 8 pipes to the border of plots of all built-up properties. The gravity sewerage network is made of PVC SN 8 kN/m2 pipes (solid walls) with diameters and slopes ensuring the speed of self-cleaning of the ducts. The pressure network should be made of PE 100 SDR 11 PN16 pipes.

2) Construction of sewage wells DN 1000 mm.

3) Construction of sewer wells DN 425 mm.

4) Construction of gravity channels to all built-up properties located within the investment should be carried out gravity channels made of PVC pipes Ø 160 mm SN 8 kN / m2. Finish the gravitational branches with PVC jam Dz160.

5) Construction of an expansion well on the inflow of sewage from the zone sewage pumping station to the gravity sewer system. An expansion well DN 1000 mm should be used. The well should be equipped with an anti-odour filter.

6) Incorporation into the existing sewer network. Inclusion is made into the existing inspection well PP Ø 1000 mm located in Osiecka Street. From well St1 to well S1, the work must be carried out by controlled drilling.

7) Installation of control and measurement equipment and zone automation of the sewage pumping station in Leśna Street.

8) Construction of a zonal sewage pumping station in Leśna Street

9) Restoration of the condition of the road lane surface to the state before the commencement of works under the supervision of the works manager.

10) Obtaining a certificate of non-objection by the District Inspector of Construction Supervision in Otwock.
