The subject of the contract includes "Collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Łubowo Municipality from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024" and provision of containers for non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste as well as bags and collection containers (bells) for selectively collected waste, as well as collection and management of municipal waste from the selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) and organization of collection twice a year "at source" in accordance with the following guidelines. It is the Contractor's responsibility to take care of the proper sanitary and orderly condition of the area and the equipment of the PSZOK. The estimated amount of waste to be collected and transported is 2405.46 Mg/12 months.

The estimated amount of waste to be collected and transported is 2405.46 Mg/12 months (including waste coded: 20 03 01 – 1309 Mg, 20 02 01 – 397 Mg, 15 01 02 – 165 Mg, 15 01 01 – 79 Mg, 15 01 07 – 160 Mg, 20 03 07 – 180 Mg, 17 01 01 – 86.5 Mg, 20 01 10 – 1.9 Mg, 16 01 03 –13 mg, 20 01 36 – 0.2 mg, 20 01 32 – 0.06 mg, 20 01 28 – 4 mg, 17 03 80 – 9.8 mg). The quantities of waste given above should be treated as indicative and the Contractor is not entitled to additional remuneration for achieving other amounts.
