The contract to be concluded is for the mission of "electrotechnical project management" which includes the replacement of existing equipment, the design of networks, the monitoring of the works including the commissioning of new equipment.

This service is carried out as part of the replacement of 11 20kV high-voltage distribution cells, 9 low-voltage general distribution electrical panels and 24 control panels of the Aube Storage Center (CSA) located in the Aube department (10).

The project management mission is subject to the application of the law of 12 July 1985 known as the MOP LAW and its implementing decrees.

The service consists in the design and monitoring of the implementation of iso-functional replacement work for High Voltage cells, distribution boards (TGBT) and control panels (TDI). The service includes a total consideration of all the tasks necessary to achieve the expected result, according to the MOP LAW as follows:

- Final preliminary design study (APD)

- project study (Pro)

- Assistance for the award of works contracts (ACT)

- Work Execution Directorate (DET)

- Order, coordination and management of the site (OPC)

- assistance during reception operations and during the period of guarantee of perfect completion (Aor).
