1.1. Implementation of maintenance services for green areas, paved areas and buildings owned by the Municipality of the City of Tychy, administered or maintained by the Municipal Board of Residential Buildings in Tychy, through its organizational unit, i.e.: ROM No. IV with its registered office in Tychy at

al. Niepodległości 76, whose scope includes, m.in:

(a) maintenance of green areas: ongoing maintenance of cleanliness and order in green areas, raking leaves, mowing lawns, cutting off turf at curbs, trimming hedges, care of bushes;

b) maintaining cleanliness in paved areas and winter maintenance of footpaths, squares, access, access and internal roads, disinfection of substrates

in freestanding dumpsters, replacement of contaminated sand

in sandboxes;

(c) maintaining cleanliness for the current cleaning of common use premises in multi-family residential buildings;

d) tree care, tree planting services, plants, sowing grass, etc.
