The general economic operator is not only responsible for the content and technical coordination and integration of all disciplines within his mission, but also the coordination and integration of all other special techniques or deliveries ( explosion-proof doors, automation techniques, active security, etc.) commissioned by the Bank.

As part of a sustainable operation, a geothermal and a large surface of solar panels will be provided. Very high availability of some facilities will be required. The provisional acceptance of the building and facilities is scheduled for mid-2022.
