1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of petroleum products in accordance with the qualitative requirements indicated by the Contracting Authority in the “Description of the Object of the Order”, in Annex No 6 B and C to the SWZ and in accordance with the summary set out in Chapter IV of the SWZ, the quantities included in options in the table in Chapter IV (2) of this SWZ, in the column 'quantity in option' may be used after the implementation of the basic quantities included in the table in Chapter IV (2) of this SWZ, in the column 'basic quantity' when the needs of the Ordering Party exist in this regard. On the intention to exercise the right of option referred to in Article 31 (2) of the Pzp Act, together with the specifying of the quantity of the ordered item in the calendar year and in the case of 2022 the place of its delivery, the Contractor shall inform the Contractor (in writing or by email) within 30 days from the date of signing the contract in 2021 and the following year until 30 June 2022.

2. Products cannot be in the test phase.

The subject of the order is the delivery of engine oil class API CF, ACEA, E4, E7, SAE 10W/40 in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Contracting Authority set out in the 'Description of the Object of Order', annex No 6B to SWZ in quantity of 5 800 kg, including:

year 2021:

— basic quantity: 1 500 kg,

— quantity in the option: 1 400 kg;

year 2022:

— basic quantity: 1 500 kg,

— quantity in the option: 1 400 kg.

The subject of the order is the delivery of automotive brake fluid DOT 5.1 class performed in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Contracting Authority set out in the 'Description of the Object of Order' of Annex No 6C to SWZ in the quantity of 45 300 kg, including:

year 2021:

— basic quantity: 11 700 kg,

— quantity in the option: 11 000 kg;

year 2022:

— basic quantity: 11 400 kg,

— quantity in the option: 11 200 kg.
