The city of Drensteinfurt is currently planning and developing the 1st construction phase of the new Moonlight Path construction area. This creates the need for at least three-group daycare in Drensteinfurt from 2023. The plant is to be built centrally in the new development area Moonshinweg in timber modular construction, on a public demand area between the first and second construction phases. This area is currently being cultivated as agricultural land. The plot for the daycare center belongs to the city and has an area of approximately 2,800 m
The construction window for the daycare center to be planned can be seen from the procurement documents. A two-storey construction in modular timber construction is planned with the option to accommodate a third full floor. As another public structure of similar size could be created on the available building plot in the long term, the building must be built on the eastern half of the property to save space. A direct structural connection to a building that will be emerging in the future should be planned conceptually. The daycare center building should be able to be expanded by another, fifth group in the medium term. The aim of the planning is to implement the minimum room program of the fiber optic or LVR. Additional rooms and areas required must be kept to a minimum. Another goal of the planning is to implement the most economical design as quickly as possible, which is why it is envisaged to be executed in timber module construction. The subject of the services to be awarded is the planning services of the HOAI performance sheet Technical planning Technical equipment of plant groups 1, 2, 4, 5 and 8. Planning services are to be commissioned from service phase 1 to 9, whereby a phased commissioning is planned (see section II.2.11)).
