Sarastia Oy's Contracting Unit requests offers to its customers for playground equipment, park furniture and annual inspections in accordance with the tender documents.
Products to be competitive include various multi-function racks, mesh climbing equipment, rocking racks, benches, bicycle racks and rubbish bins. Annual inspections of playground equipment to be competitive include security checks on playgrounds, commuter seats, sports facilities and skate places.
The acquisition is divided into the following subentities:

2. Park furniture

1. The subset consists of option three-wire fences and gates, 120 cm, 160 cm and 200 cm. skate places after-sales service.
Competition is carried out through an open procedure on the basis of which up to five (5) contract suppliers are selected for each subset.
The same provider can be selected for several subsets. Selected vendors constitute a framework arrangement; separate agreements are entered into with selected contract vendors. Framework contract vendors are not prioritised. Acquisitions below the national threshold can be made from any contract supplier in the subset. Procurement above the national threshold will be subject to reduced competition.
The basis for choosing competition is overall economic affordability, the benchmark is the best price-quality ratio. Selection takes place in the bidder s' scoring order. If more bidders receive the same score, the contracting entity will value the complaining bidders. The draw is an accepted custom in case law.
Subscribers order products under the call for tender primarily to supplement their existing playground and park solutions. Subscribers shall also have the right to obtain from the contract supplier other goods and services related to the object of the contract contract, other than the goods and services specified in the invitation to tender. Products whose conditions are not predefined (e.g. innovative solutions) may be mini-competitive among contractual suppliers involved in the framework scheme. If the quality or scope of the acquisition is required, the acquisition may also be competitive from outside this Agreement. The subscriber shall also have the right to obtain equipment and furnishings outside this Framework Agreement, in the case of total contracting of an entire property, school or park/playground, or other similar separate work.
The contract period is a fixed term of four (4) years. The contract has a termination period of six (6) months for both contracting parties and Sarastian client entities committed to the acquisition, despite the period. The users of the contract have the right to terminate only from the desired subentities.
The contract period will begin not earlier than after the procurement decision has received the legal force. The contractual entities (see contract base) will move within the scope of the contract to be done after the end of their existing agreements.
