The Construction Department of Canton Zurich, represented by the Building Authority, is organizing a submission for the awarding of general planning services on behalf of the University of Zurich

(project planning, call for tenders and realization) as a framework contract for repair and conversion projects on the Irchel campus. Specifically, the repair and conversion project of the TPV, TBA and TDI buildings as well as the repair of the equine clinic are to be processed for the time being.

We are looking for a team (general planners with subplanners) with providers of planning services in the fields of architecture, construction management, civil engineering and building services engineering

(HVACCSE and GA) with experience in the repair or conversion of laboratory or hospital buildings (veterinary or human medicine).
