The intention is to commission specialist planning services in accordance with Part 4, Section 2 of the HOAI, system groups 1 to 9, for a relief building for the Freiburg University of Education. The assignment is divided into the following 3 lots:

- Lot 1: sewage, water and gas systems, heat supply u. ventilation Plants incl. Investments;

- Lot 2: electrical engineering incl. Conveyor technology;

- Lot 3: building ventilation.

Estimated pro rata total construction costs: EUR 4,500,000 gross

Lot 1:

1.1.1. Sewage, water and gas plants gross EUR 480 000

1.1.2. Heat supply systems gross EUR 450 000

1.1.3. Ventilation systems gross EUR 780,000

1.1.7. Use-specific systems gross EUR 140,000

Lot 2:

1.1.4. Power plants gross EUR 1 500 000

1.1.5. Telecommunications and information. Investments gross EUR 620 000

1.1.6. Conveyor systems gross EUR 210 000

Lot 3:

1.1.8 Building automation gross EUR 230,000.
