The object of the contract is the consulting and technical assistance activities that the APA needs to address the development and implementation of a digital evolution project through three complementary actions (identified in the Technical Specifications or PPT as LINEAS).

• The design and development of the strategy: roadmap of digital evolution (called LINE I in the PPT).

• The definition, control and monitoring of projects related to the acquisition or making available of the required technology (called LINE II in the PPT).

• The improvement of the efficiency or services of the APA through the implementation of new procedures: implementation of procedures (called LINE III in the PPT).

These three complementary actions (lines) must be addressed in parallel throughout the contract and their intensity will vary depending on the degree of progress.

Previously, general aspects applicable to all the work to be carried out by the contractor will be detailed, such as the general objectives pursued with this contract and the scope of the tasks related to the various actions and the specialized consultancy that the contractor must provide during the development of the contract.

For the organization and monitoring of the work carried out by the contractor and in accordance with the lines to be developed indicated in the PPT, a series of deliverables are established that the contractor must provide during the execution of the contract. These deliverables are the technical documentation prepared by the service contractor that evidences the work of analysis, design, development and implementation of the digital evolution roadmap, the projects (their implementation and monitoring) and the procedures, as defined in each of the lines of work.
