The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber and nursery, selection of forest trees, seed harvesting and meadow and agricultural management to be carried out in the area of Świdnik Forest District in the year 2022.
