The University of Northampton is seeking an efficient, innovative, high quality window cleaning, building fabric, architectural features cleaning service, conducted in an environmentally sound and sustainable manner. The service will also include graffiti removal, high level internal glazing, signage and ad hoc cleaning of the external features of buildings, glazing or street furniture. High level guttering should also be included as part of programme of works.The University currently utilises a contractor that supplies 2 full time equivalent (FTE) to achieve its external cleaning requirements (including internal glazing.) Whilst the University of Northampton is looking for a tender based on this system, we are also open to suggestions for improved methods of running the contract.The contract shall be for a period of 3 years with the possibility entirely at the University’s discretion for up to 2 further one-year extensions.

The University requires an organisation to provide the services outlined for a period of 3 years with the possibility entirely at the University’s discretion for up to 2 further one-year extensions.
