Purpose of the services: the contract aims at the designation of a team of multidisciplinary project authors, charged with the complete mission of design and control of the execution for the extension of the retirement home "Nos Tayons" in Nivelles.

The mission includes:

- a complete mission of architecture,

- a complete engineering mission in stability,

- a complete engineering mission in special and acoustic techniques,

- a full PEB adviser mission,

- a complete mission of coordinator in safety and health.

The mission is divided into 2 distinct lots including:

- Lot 1 integrates the architectural, stability engineer, special and acoustic engineering and EPB consultant missions, as defined in §3.1 and §3.2,

- lot 2 concerns the mission of coordinator in safety and health as defined in §3.3.
