The acquisition is subject to the joint acquisition of CIT services for the City of Helsinki and Helsingin Konsernihankta Oy.

Appendix 3 lists the current destinations in the City of Helsinki for which the CIT service is acquired. The Framework Arrangement to be established may also be used by other offices of the City of Helsinki and HKH Oy during the contract period.

The contract period is four (4) years. The contracting entity does not undertake any value or quantity of the acquisition.
