The purpose of this contract is to supply and install furniture for all university components, services and laboratories.
Lot 01 is a single-award framework agreement.
Lots 02 and 03 are multi-award framework agreements, each with a maximum of 3 co-holders, selected at the end of the analysis of the offers.
The furniture is intended for the development of administrative premises, main destination of staff, such as: offices, meeting rooms, storage rooms, reception, open-space, etc.
The university aims to improve its working conditions and to anticipate new ways of organizing work through the development of spaces to be created or existing.
The objective is to encourage the cross-fertilization of skills and to propose an alternative to individual work. The purpose will be to propose a project of spatial planning, proposing a set of furniture.
The furniture, the main destination of students, is intended for the development of premises such as: lobby, circulation, collaborative workspace (co-working), open workspace (open-space), forecourt.
