Medical checks in the context of absences due to illness (< 30 days) (including absences due to private accidents) carried out with all members of the Belgian Railways staff.
The following services are requested from the provider:
- Medical checks due to absence due to a private sickness/accident;
- A report immediately after each medical check by electronic means and a periodic report to HR Rail;
- An interface with HR RAIL (real-time and bidirectional).
The quantity is estimated at +/- 10,000 checks per year.

HR RAIL manages all the staff of the Belgian railways (Infrabel, SNCB and HR RAIL) and is the only point of contact for the control of absences in the event of illness or private accident.
HR RAIL also manages employees seconded to other companies.
