In connection with the present invitation to tender, the Contracting Entity wishes to obtain tenders and enter into a framework agreement for soil and restoration work necessary for the burial of district heating pipes between the district heating plant and the consumers in Øster Bjerregrav and Over Fussing. In addition, the contract includes earthworks and restoration works for the transmission line along Viborgvej between Over Hornbæk and Øster Bjerregrav.

In the second contract, assembly, welding and socket work is carried out and adjacent the establishment of the heating plants is carried out.

The developer expects to conclude five parallel framework agreements, i.e. it is a framework agreement with several players. The individual task on the framework agreement is awarded by direct award through a so-called 'cascading model'.

The tender is conducted as a public offering, which implies that any economic operator can make offers.

The contracting entity points out that, in open procedures, negotiations do not take place before the award of a contract, nor do negotiations take place after the award of the contract.
