from the area of the Krasne Municipality from real estate inhabited in the period from 1.01.2024 to 31.12.2024.

from the area of the Krasne Municipality from real estate inhabited in the period from 1.01.2024 to 31.12.2024.

Acceptance and development will be covered by:

1) directly from the property:

a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, collected in containers or bags,

b) glass, collected in bags or containers (in the case of multi-unit housing) provided by the Contractor,

c) paper collected in bags or containers (in the case of multi-unit housing) provided by the Contractor,

d) plastics, metal, multi-material packaging waste – collected together, collected in bags or containers (in the case of multi-unit housing) provided by the Contractor,

e) bio-waste collected in bags or containers (in the case of multi-unit housing) provided by the Contractor,

(f) ash, collected in bags or containers. The contractor will deliver 200 pcs. containers, for the duration of the service, containers, for the duration of the service,

g) expired medicines - collected in containers located in selected pharmacy points,

h) from mobile municipal waste selective collection points: furniture and other bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, used tires, paper, plastics, metals, multi-material packaging waste, glass, bio-waste, expired medicines and chemicals, waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, waste batteries and accumulators, construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste, textile and clothing waste, hazardous waste, ashes,

i) from selective collection points for municipal waste: furniture and other bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, used tyres, paper, plastics, metals, multi-material packaging waste, glass, bio-waste, expired medicines and chemicals, waste not eligible as medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular, needles and syringes, waste batteries and accumulators, construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste, textile and clothing waste, hazardous waste, ashes.

The number of properties from which waste will be collected in accordance with the list of municipal waste collection points constituting Annex 1 to OPZ is 3,529 and may increase by 5%.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is attached as Annex 5 to the SWZ.

2. The estimated amount of municipal waste from the Krasne Municipality in the period from 1.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 will amount to approximately 3 900 Mg.
