Re-offer of assistance for the Refurbishment Award

In 2013, Realdania and Grundejernes Investeringsfond (hereinafter jointly the "Contracting Entities") founded the Renoverprisen with the purpose of recognizing renovation projects that help show the way for how we can best solve the major societal task of updating the existing building stock in Denmark.

From the start, the ambition of the award has been to give renovation the visibility and recognition that the discipline deserves. By highlighting the many good renovation projects that exist around Denmark, it is hoped to inspire new and more renovation projects that benefit the whole of society.

The renover award consists of a number of activities, which each year culminate with an award ceremony in September. The tendered contract covers the performance of these activities.

This is a re-offer after the original tender was cancelled.

The contracting entities wish to agree on assistance in particular for project management, planning, promotion and the organisation of the Renovation Price.

The contract put up for sale shall be concluded for an indefinite period, except that the contract may be terminated by giving three months' written notice. The contracting entities allocate funds for the preparation and liquidation of the Renovation Prize for a period of 3 years at a time.

The estimated value given in Parts II.1.5 and II.2.6 is thus not an expression of the entire value of the contract, but an expression of the funds allocated by the contracting entities for the first period of 3 years.

Duration in months specified in Part II.2.7 is also not an expression of the duration of the contract, but an expression of the length of a period (3 years) at a time for which funds are allocated.

The tendered contract includes the following main activities, which are expected to be delivered each year:

▪ Project management and secretariat function for Renoverprisen

▪ Nomination, nomination and selection process

▪ Awards ceremony

▪ Winning project and special award

▪ Website

▪ Newsletter, PR, social media and marketing

▪ Publication, price objects and plaque

▪ Netværkskommunikation.

The activities are further described in the document "Delivery description".

During the contract period, contracting entities shall establish an 'Annual Financial Framework' and an 'Additional Framework' for three-year periods. For the Renoverprisen in the years 2024, 2025 and 2026, the aforementioned financial framework is as follows:

▪ Annual Financial Framework: DKK 5 million incl. VAT (DKK 4,000,000 ex. VAT)

▪ Additional framework: DKK 3 million incl. VAT (total for the three-year period) (DKK 2,400,000 ex. VAT)

Within the activities described in the Delivery Description, the contracting entities may decide that the prioritisation of activities – within the Annual Financial Framework – must be changed. Contracting entities may therefore decide to add additional resources (higher volume) to an activity in exchange for a corresponding economic reduction (smaller quantity) to one or more other activities.

During the contract period, contracting entities may purchase activities (a larger volume of activities) within the Additional Framework. The contracting entities may make use of the Add-on Framework at any time during the Contract Period, as only activities covered by the Delivery Description may be purchased.

The tender is carried out as a "reverse" tender, as the economy is locked in by the contracting entities, cf. the above and Part II.2.5. However, for technical reasons in connection with the completion of the notice, the contracting entities have had to tick an economic sub-criterion, which is, however, set to weigh 0%.
