Part 1 – Purchase and refuelling of fuels for tanks of vehicles and construction equipment of ZWIK Sp. z o.o. and purchase of motor fuels for equipment of ZWiK Sp. z o.o. in public service stations.

Part 2 – Purchase and refuelling of fuels for vehicle tanks and for the needs of equipment of the Water Production Department of Tomaszów ZWIK Sp. z o.o. in public petrol stations.

Part 3 - Supply of diesel oil to stationary power generators used by the Water Production Department Łódź ZWIK Sp. z o.o. at their location (work).

1. Purchases shall be made non-cash at generally accessible petrol stations of the Contractor - on the basis of fuel cards provided by the Contractor (personal and bearer cards).

2. Purchases will be carried out successively according to the current needs of the Ordering Party.

3. Projected estimated quantities and type of refueled fuels:

- diesel fuel ON (summer, transitional, winter) - 748.000 l

- lead-free ethyline Pb 95 - 41,000 l

4. Conditions of quality guarantee – the Contractor guarantees the quality of fuels sold by him in accordance with the following standards:

- diesel fuel ON – PN-EN 590

- lead-free ethylene Pb 95 – PN-EN 228

and that the fuels meet additional quality requirements for liquid fuels, which are specified by applicable law.

1. Purchases shall be made non-cash at generally accessible petrol stations of the Contractor - on the basis of fuel cards provided by the Contractor (personal and bearer cards).

2. Purchases will be carried out successively according to the current needs of the Ordering Party.

3. Estimated quantities and type of fuelling anticipated:

- diesel fuel ON (summer, transitional, winter) - 10.000 l

- unleaded ethyline Pb 95 - 2.000 l

4. Conditions of quality guarantee – the Contractor guarantees the quality of fuels sold by him in accordance with the following standards:

- diesel fuel ON– PN-EN 590

- lead-free ethylene Pb 95 – PN-EN 228

and that the fuels meet additional quality requirements for liquid fuels, which are specified by applicable law.

1. Supply of fuel generators shall be made from an autocystern with a legalized fuel distributor, directly to aggregate tanks or containers of the Ordering Party according to the Ordering Party's schedules.

2. Purchases will be carried out successively according to the current needs of the Ordering Party.

3. The estimated quantities of refuelled diesel oil are specified in Annex 2 to the contract and divided into deliveries made at the start-up of aggregates:

- cyclical (planned) - the planned volume of deliveries specified in Annex 2 to the Agreement.

Estimated quantities of diesel ON (summer, transitional, winter):

- planned approx. 3,374.00 l

Projected size of one-time delivery:

• in the case of scheduled launches – min. 40 l, max. 560 litres,

Pursuant to Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law of 11 September 2019, the Contracting Authority specifies the right of option:

1) Type of option:

- deliveries made at emergency starts of aggregates (according to ad hoc needs) - the purchase of fuel is covered by the right of option.

2) the circumstances of exercising the option:

In the event of the need to start an emergency aggregate, the Ordering Party has the right to demand from the Contractor the performance of the performance for which the option is provided throughout the term of the contract.

Projected size of one-time delivery:

• in the case of emergency starts – min. 80 litres.

(3) The contracting authority shall be entitled to exercise the right of option in whole or in part.

Estimated quantities of diesel ON (summer, transitional, winter):

- subject to the right of option approx. 2,626.00 l

4) The minimum value of diesel options ON (summer, transitional, winter) - 80 l

Maximum value 2.626,00 l

4. Terms of quality guarantee – the Contractor guarantees the quality of diesel oil sold by him in accordance with the PN-EN 590 standard and that the oil meets additional quality requirements for liquid fuels, which are specified by applicable law.
