The subject of the order is a freight service together with the sale of tickets for municipal passenger services on the communication lines of the municipality of Sieradz.

1) The subject of the order is a freight service together with the sale of tickets in the area of municipal passenger services on the transport lines of the municipality of Sieradz.

2) Bus services in municipal public transport will be carried out on five regular lines, numbered: 101, 102, 103, 104, 105.

3. Under this contract, the Contractor shall provide for paid transport on communication lines:

(a) transport line 101 route: Sieradz—Kucen via: Kłocko, Jeziory, Dąbrówka, Dąbrowa Wielka; the service will be provided on working days and on Saturdays;

(b) communication line 102 route: Sieradz—Stoczki via: Dąbrówka, Dąbrowa Wielka, Kalinki, Sokołów, Okluglica; the service will be provided on working days;

(c) transport line 103 route: Charłupia Mała — Bobrovniki via: Dzigorzew, Sieradz, Bogumiłów, Wiechutki, Wiechucice, Chojne, Borzewisko; the service will be provided on working days, Saturdays and on Sundays and holidays;

(d) transport line 104 route: Sieradz—Rzechta via Podłężyce; the service will be provided on working days;

e) transport line 105 route: Sieradz—Kamionaczyk via: Ruda, Ducha, Grądy; the service will be provided on working days,

honoring the entitlement to relief and exemptions from fees arising from statutory powers and from the Order No 90/2019 of the Municipal Municipality Sieradz of 18 September 2019 on the exemption from tolls for public transport in the municipal passenger transport organised by the Municipality of Sieradz. All proceeds from ticket sales constitute revenue of the Contractor.

4) The estimated quantity of carriages to be carried out during the duration of the contract is approximately 2,026,826 carts (the quantity indicated does not include commuting and exits from the line), including:

(a) communication line 101 — 560 396 carriage kilometres;

(b) communication line 102 — 165 827 carriage kilometres;

(c) communication line 103 — 1,022,457 carriage kilometres;

(d) communication line 104 — 66 634 carriage kilometers;

(e) communication line 105 — 211 512 carriage kilometres.

5) The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of increasing or reducing transport work depending on the actual transport needs.

6. A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall include a description of the subject matter of the contract, as set out in Annex 1 to SWZ.

7) (a) The Contracting Authority requires employment under an employment contract, within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974. The Work Code (i.e., OJ of 2020 item 1320 as of late) by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons performing the following activities in the course of the execution of the contract:

— steering buses,

— ticket sales,

— Dispatch point support.

(b) The detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement under the employment contract are set out in the model contract — Annex 3 to the SWZ.

8) Services are financed by the State budget from the Fund for the development of bus services of a public service nature.
