Contract description:
Management service, assistance to the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the Varese district heating plant in via O. Rossi, Varese, including but not limited to the following activities:
- running the plants in the manner and at the times shown below,
- small routine maintenance and verification and control of the equipment,
- assistance with preventive and scheduled maintenance, according to the definitions of Presidential Decree no. 412/1993, DPR n. 74/2013 and subsequent amendments as regards boilers and exchangers,
- preventive and scheduled maintenance assistance for the equipment listed below,
- technical advice for operating and maintenance issues,
- support for activities commissioned by the client to third-party companies.
All as detailed in the special tender specifications.
