The subject of the tender is:

Introduction of a patient portal (admission and treatment management) for the health association of the district of Constance (3 locations) including services for 36 months.

A cloud/SaaS solution is put out to tender.

The patient portal is intended to accompany the patient before (digital admission management) and during (digital treatment management) of his hospital stay. For this purpose, functional requirements for the systems were defined within the framework of the Subsidies Directive according to § 21 (2) KHSFV Funding Fact 2, each of which has a mandatory and a voluntary characteristic.

The portal solution must meet the MUST criteria of the KHZG funding element 2 (§ 19 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 2 KHSFV) as well as show the fulfillment of the CAN criteria.

The overall system is to form an integrative solution with the existing hospital information system (SAP IS-H/i.s.med) and subsystems that are to be integrated. The depth of integration must enable all those involved in the treatment process to work without interruption, so that an exchange of information between all treatment groups is possible. In the treatment and patient context, interface losses must be avoided in order to ensure the greatest possible patient safety. In order to ensure structured data exchange, the integration must be coordinated.
