1) The subject of the contract is the supply (maximum quantities):

a. swivel chairs: 630 pcs.

b. office chairs with integrated headrest: 130 pcs.

c. swivel chairs: 99 pcs.

d. hard chairs: 500 pcs.

e. hard chairs with desktop: 390 pcs.

f. conference chairs: 150 pcs.

g. padded chairs: 260 pcs.

h. coffee bucket armchairs: 14 pcs.

For the purposes of Police units of the Lesser Poland garrison.

2) A detailed definition of the assortment can be found in Annex 2 to this SWZ.

3) The products offered by the Contractor must meet all the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

4) The Ordering Party requires a minimum warranty of 36 months from the date of delivery, but not shorter than the manufacturer's warranty.

5) The assortment must be made in accordance with the standards given by the Ordering Party in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

6) The place of delivery is the registered office of the Ordering Party, Krakow, Mogilska 109.

7) The framework agreement shall be valid for 24 months from the date of its conclusion, but not longer than until the exhaustion of the assortment being the subject of the contract.

8) Deadlines for partial orders: up to 30 days from the date of conclusion of the executive agreement.
