The subject of the contract is motor OC, AC, Assistance and accident insurance.
The scope of insurance includes:
1) compulsory liability insurance of motor vehicle holders,
2) non-contributory civil liability insurance of motor vehicle owners for damage caused in connection with the use of vehicles in the countries belonging to the Green Card System and not being members of the European Union – the so-called Green Card,
3) insurance of vehicles against damage and loss of auto casco,
4) insurance of accidents of the driver and passengers,
5) extended, paid assistance insurance,
6) non-contributory mini assistance insurance (if the Contractor has one).
The detailed scope is specified in the SWZ with annexes.
