The National Board of Social Services' intervention team for the prevention of violent episodes must be expanded so that in connection with the intervention team's social work teaching and counselling, teaching and counselling in the working environment can also be offered. This offers the task of counselling and training in violence prevention working environment as a supplement to the work of the intervention team.

The task consists in the following:

• Sub-task 1: Engage in development with the National Board of Social Services on the concept for the involvement of health and safety advisers in the National Board of Social Services' development and counselling process for the prevention of violent episodes

• Sub-task 2: Develop and conduct training in the working environment based on the working environment-relevant themes from the National Guidelines for the Prevention of Violent Episodes at Residential Facilities as well as on Housing Facilities for the Homeless for Management and Employees at Residential Facilities and Housing Facilities for the Homeless at all services that receive a development and counselling course

• Sub-task 3: Develop and conduct targeted counselling courses for management and employees at residential facilities and accommodation facilities for the homeless in collaboration with the National Board of Social Services based on the National Guidelines for the Prevention of Violent Episodes at Residential Facilities and Housing Facilities for the Homeless

• Sub-task 4: Feedback and ongoing revision of the concept in collaboration with the National Board of Social Services
