From the beginning of the work, the company will draw up the execution plans of the joinery.

These plans will indicate in particular the dimensions of the structures, the connections with the framework (joints, cladding, etc.).

Reservations and fastenings to be provided with the necessary calculation notes, the principle of fixing the glazing and all the details concerning the ancillary works (roller shutter, shutters, railings, lining partitions ...).

Metal joinery is composed from extruded profiles made of aluminum alloy, first category. The profiles must ensure the recovery and evacuation of condensate. In striking openings, the system must always have a double beat. The dormant and opening profiles have lip seal housings ensuring perfect airtightness and water tightness.

Light alloy profiles and hardware are anodized according to the requirements of the international standards EWAAEURAS: Class 20 (in the case of aggressive or marine atmosphere). Chemical satin finish.

The profiles can also be made in lacquered finish. The profiles undergo surface preparation before lacquering consisting of degreasing, de-rocking and chromating.

After drying, a polyester powder coating is applied and polymerized.

Lacquered aluminium profiles must be certified by the supplier and the lacquerer confirming that the quality of the metal and the surface finish are compatible with the use of the vessel, exposure to sea spray.

The lacquering must be the subject of the Qualicoat label with a particular specification attesting to the use of carpentry by the sea. (in a chlorinated atmosphere and high humidity).

The work due under this lot will include:
