Supply of electricity together with commercial balancing service of energy from RES installations for participants of the Local Government Electricity Purchasing Group for 2024

The subject of the contract is: a) supply of electricity on the principles set out in the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 and on the executive acts issued on its basis, b) settlement of surplus electricity generated in RES renewable energy source installations indicated in Annex 1 to OPZ, which was introduced into the local DSO network together with the trade balancing service on the terms set out in the draft agreement, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ of the proceedings in question. A detailed description of the subject of the Order (OPZ) constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ.
