HDO needs a technical system that covers the need for immediate emergency call-out of guard services from alarm buttons that will be placed in strategic positions at the client's premises. Members in such guard services use Nødnett [Emergency Network] radio terminals, and it is a requirement that the alarm is sent to these radio terminals. If there is an event requiring emergency assistance in for e.g. a hospital, the personnel have the opportunity to activate the alarm buttons that are predefined for relevant events with information about the type of event and where it is occurring. The system must cover different types of alarm buttons. If an alarm button is activated, the offered system must configure to send the call-out either automatically to preconfigured resources or to defined operator station(s) for manual retransmission. The system must contain a number of operator stations/service stations for administration and follow-up of call-outs, message texts and resources (emergency team).

The system will be operated by HDO or local/regional ICT companies. There is an expectation that a complete system for installation can be delivered within 60 — 90 days according to the individual call-off.
