Expert duties in the construction and supervision of the City of Paimio's real estate services for the framework agreement period 13.2.2023 - 31.12.2024 including the possibility of an option period 1.1.2025 - 31.12.2026.

Construction tasks agreed on a project-by-project basis based on the Project Management and Construction Task List HJR18. Most of the tasks include subdivisions B Project planning and its supervision, G Supervision of implementation planning, H construction preparation and I-J construction and commissioning.

The tasks of supervising construction work are agreed on a project-by-project basis in accordance with the list of tasks 103171 RT.

Supervision tasks must include at least one (1) site visit/week.

Acting as the developer's safety coordinator.
