Norway is establishing Phase 2 of the tax for development (Tfd) programme as part of Norway’s response to the commitments made under the Addis tax initiative to double tax related development aid by 2020. Tfd is managed as a portfolio that cuts across much many development policy areas. As such, there is a wide range of topics where there will be demand for guidance.

The target group for analyzes will vary based on assignments, but may be both internal (MFA, Embassies and other Norwegian institutions) or external. Assignments will rage from literature reviews and analysis of thematic areas related to tax for development or tax as a significant consideration in another development topics, to land analysis and program reviews and project reviews.
