the purpose of this consultation is to entrust the operation of the drinking water distribution service on behalf of the Pays de Dreux agglomeration.The services give rise to the conclusion of a "composite" contract partly concluded in the form of an ordinary contract at an overall and flat-rate price, partly concluded in the form of an ordinary contract at unit prices and partly concluded in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum and with a maximum annual order amount of:- lot no. 1: 450 000,00 euro(s) Ht;- lot no. 2: 700 000,00 euro(s) (excl. tax.).
