The intention of the pre-project is to find the best possible solution for renovation and possible development of Sande school in accordance with the given financial frame. The assignment shall result in the preparation of documentation that shall be used as tender documentation for the turnkey contract.

Sunnfjord municipality's intention with this invitation to tender is to connect with a provider with the right expertise and experience for the implementation of a pilot project for Sande school (Sande skule)

The intention of the pre-project is to find the best possible solution for renovation and possible development of Sande school in accordance with the given financial frame. The assignment shall result in the preparation of documentation that shall be used as tender documentation for the turnkey contract. The expected date for presenting the documents to the tender documentation is given in a separate paragraph.

The pre-project shall be executed as an engineering design service for the concept and design solution for Sande school's requirement for areas. Existing technical facilities and developed outdoor areas must be considered when preparing new solutions for the transition between new and existing facilities is adapted in the best possible manner. The pre-project shall identify the best possible total solution with consideration and assessment regarding the financial frame, future operations and maintenance, life cycle costs, user perspective, sustainability perspective and adaptation to existing technical facilities.
