The subject of the contract is the provision of services of the Contract Engineer for investment construction of a multi-functional service team facility in the field of cultural services - International Music Center in Żelazowa Wola, covering a concert hall for 650 seats with facilities, conference rooms, recording studio, office spaces, underground parking, ground parking spaces, maneuvering roads, pedestrian tracts system, sealed sewage tank of 49 m3 capacity, transformer station 15kV/0,4kV, two public exits from the adjacent county road and other necessary, accompanying structures, equipment construction and objects of small architecture.
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services of the Contract Engineer for investment construction of a multi-functional service team facility in the field of cultural services p/n, International Music Center in Żelazowa Wola”, covering a concert hall for 650 seats with facilities, conference rooms, studio recordings, office spaces, underground parking, ground parking spaces, maneuvering roads, pedestrian train system, sewage tank 49 m3 capacity, transformer station 15kV/0,4kV, two public exits from the adjacent county road and other necessary, accompanying structures, construction equipment and objects of small architecture.
2. The scope of work includes the following four stages:
1) Stage I — preparation for the Investment, including acquaintance with the set of documentation on the Investment, in particular the Design Documentation and TWIORB; adapting the Design Documentation or fragments thereof to the current needs of the Ordering Party, participating in the development of documentation tender in the procedure for the selection of the Contractor of Works in accordance with the requirements of the Pzp Act (applies to the description of the subject of the contract, SWZ and functional and spatial program), answering questions submitted by the tenderers in the tender procedure for the selection of the Contractor of works.
2) Stage II — continuous supervision of the implementation of the Investments, in particular over the performance of construction works covered by the Contract for Construction Works, including preparation and carrying out partial acceptances and supervision of partial reception, performance of inspections on MCM construction in the field of acoustics construction, noise protection and acoustics of interiors and current submission of comments to the contractor.
3) Stage III — preparation for receipt and final receipt, as well as making all arrangements and obtaining any decisions or licences needed for the proper and consensual implementation of the Investment and the obtaining of which is not within the scope of obligations — in accordance with contracts — other entities involved in the implementation of the Investment (e.g. Designer, Works Contractor), including the support of the Works Contractor in obtaining the final permit to use the MCM building in Żelazowa Wola,
4) Step IV — the as-built period, the first phase of use of the facility and the warranty period.
