1. The object of the order is the design, execution and installation of the stage design of a hybrid online studio in ICE Krakow Congress Center, address: Kraków, M. Konopnicka Street 17.
2. The description of the subject matter of the order (OPZ) is Annex 1 to the SWZ.
3. Studio will be located in Sala S5 ICE Kraków. The studio will consist of three extracted scenes — a newsscene, a music scene, a talk-show scene.
4. The entire set design of the studio should be a coherent whole enabling the functional, aesthetic and technical-implementation of the three scenes indicated above and enable the implementation of the substantive conceptual assumptions for future online television according to the concept chosen by the Ordering Party , i.e. the TV concept by Maciej Sobociński, which is an annex to the OPZ.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. The TV studio will be located in Sala S5 ICE Kraków. The studio will consist of three extracted scenes — a newsscene, a music scene, a talk-show scene.

The entire set design of the studio should be a coherent whole enabling the functional, aesthetic and technical-implementation of the three scenes indicated above and enable the implementation of the substantive conceptual assumptions for future online television according to the concept chosen by the Ordering Party , i.e. the TV concept by Maciej Sobociński, which is an annex to the OPZ.
5. As a result of the execution of the order, the Contracting Authority expects the Contractors to use the fullest possible space of Hall S5 ICE Kraków, taking into account the need for access, installation of equipment and apparatus, movement of people, both leading, guests, performing, but also handling technical and execution — director, camera operators, lighting technicians, etc. as necessary the Ordering Party considers such organization of the studio space, including functional separation of three scenes, which allows you to conduct a live program from one of the scenes, and at the same time, the possibility of arranging, settings and preparations for live entry on another of the scenes, with obvious observance of the necessary silence and order, during the live programme, for example: during the talk show, the musical team preparations for the presentation of a short musical form are underway on the music scene, right after finishing the conversation on the talk show stage. It is necessary to arrange a space that allows technical access and to perform minor assemblies, settings, technical interventions on each scene during the broadcast of the live programme on another scene, in such a way as not to interfere with the live programme and bypassing camera shots supporting the live program input. The proposed organization of the technical space should ensure optimal operation of the layout of space for the movement of studio users and maintenance, including mainly operators, technical roads and access to individual scenes, other rooms including director and server rooms, as well as roads evacuation.
