Nantes - Île de Nantes sector - Bety operation (A2a block) - design and construction contract - construction of approximately 79 housing units (52 rental units, 27 PSLAs) and a basement for business premises.
The grouping will include at least:
- a general contractor or a group of companies,
- a project manager or an architectural firm (architect DPLG, DESA, DEA + HMONP or equivalent registered on the roll of the order). It will be appreciated the association of several architects,
- a duly referenced BIM Manager,
- an engineering team (several BET or a multidisciplinary BET) to complete the skills required within the group.
The grouping will have at least to gather and to be able to justify within it the following competences: structure, fluids, economy, thermal, acoustic, environmental, BIM Manager.
The above competencies are mandatory and will be clearly expressed in the application on pain of exclusion.
