Tender with a European open procedure for the supply of 2- and/or 4-wheel roll containers to Midwaste members.
This tender will take place exclusively and entirely digitally online using the Mercell Source-to-Contract platform (www.mercell.com).
2-wheel roll containersDeelreferentie 2023/MW/PV/04-1
Lot 1 includes the delivery of 2-wheel roll containers with a capacity of 80, 140, 180 and 240 liters. The aim of this assignment is to purchase a circular container that is as sustainable as possible. To this end, the amount of recycled plastics for the colour grey and their origin shall be weighed. Clients value being able to control the Contractor when it comes to the actual application of recycled plastics. That is why a Plan of Action is requested in this lot how the Tenderer guarantees and guarantees the specified percentage of plastics used during the execution of the contract and how Opdrachgevers can check this. This statement will be assessed. Finally, an extensive practical test is part of the weighting.
A number of clients use other colour combinations because they use the colour green as standard for the hull. A number of clients do not use a clip on the lid and demand full-colored lids on the gray hull. In that case, the full-coloured lid indicates the fraction collected with the container. Full-colour hulls and lids with other colourways are also used for special applications, including events and industrial waste.
The price sheet shows a notional purchase for a period of two years. The numbers of hulls and parts are indicative.
Ranges
Tenderers can offer two different ranges within this tender. More information about this can be found in the plot.

Lot 2 includes the delivery of 4-wheel roll containers with a capacity of 660, 770, 1000 and 1100 liters. The aim of this assignment is to purchase a circular container that is as sustainable as possible. To this end, the amount of recycled plastics for the colour grey and their origin shall be weighed. Clients value being able to control the Contractor when it comes to the actual application of recycled plastics. That is why a Plan of Action is requested in this lot how the Tenderer guarantees, guarantees and how Clients can check the specified percentage of plastics used during the execution of the assignment. This statement will be assessed. Finally, an extensive practical test is part of the weighting.
The starting point for this Assignment is the delivery of a combination of a grey hull and a grey or full-colour lid that is as circular as possible.
A number of clients use other colour combinations, in which the hull and lid have a different colour than grey. Clips to indicate the waste fraction are not requested for the 4-wheel containers but may be offered. This will then be the subject of the demo review.
The price sheet shows a notional purchase for a period of two years. The numbers of hulls and parts are indicative. The distribution between grey lids and full-colour lids is also indicative.
