The Office for Information Technology and Organisation of the Canton of Bern (KAIO) as a service provider is establishing a solution for digital signatures as part of the cantonal ICT basic service for all cantonal authorities, possibly later also as a basic service for other authorities in the Canton of Bern. This service enables all employees and applications to digitally sign internal and external documents of the administration.

Delimitation: Signatures for incoming external documents are not the subject of this call for tenders.
