Package I – forestry: Bronkowice and KaczkaThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, as well as seed and selection, tourist forest management, side use and education, to be carried out in the area of the Suchedniów Forest District in 2024. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the services being the subject of the contracts referred to in point 3.7 shall not exceed the value of 50% of the value of this contract.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the services being the subject of the contracts referred to above will not exceed the value of 50% of the value of this contract.
