Maintaining low greenery divided into parts:

I Services consisting in gardening and cleaning works of green areas in the District of Włochy m.st. Warsaw – Italy Area in 2024.

II Services consisting in gardening and cleaning works of green areas in the Włochy District m.st Warsaw – Okęcie Area in 2024.

The Contracting Authority provides for the application of Article 139 of the Act of 11 September 2019

public procurement (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "PPL Act".

1. The subject of the contract are services consisting in gardening and cleaning works of green areas in the Włochy District of the Capital City of Warsaw – Italy Area in 2024.

2. The works shall consist of year-round maintenance of green areas – Italy by:

• maintaining the cleanliness of facilities,

• winter maintenance of facilities,

• removal of dirt tosses,

• cleaning of hardened surfaces,

• replacement of sand in sandboxes,

• exchange of sand in sand fields,

• cutting off the edges of the lawn,

• maintenance of hardened gravel surface,

• maintenance of park benches,

• maintenance of waste bins,

• maintenance of pedestrian bridges,

• maintenance of wooden platforms (pergola, observation deck, picnic platforms),

• maintenance of the wooden fence of the playground,

• maintenance of city deckchairs,

• maintenance of the wooden passage,

• maintenance of wooden posts,

• delivery and installation of security posts,

• spring raking of lawns, sand fields and sandpits,

• autumn raking of lawns, sand fields and sandpits,

• mowing lawns,

• lawn renovation,

• setting up and caring for flowerbeds,

• weeding and care of perennials,

• planting shrubs,

• planting perennials (planting),

• weeding bushes,

• shrub care,

• rejuvenation of shrubs,

• rejuvenation of ground cover bushes,

• cutting and maintenance of hedges,

• intervention watering,

• repair of paved park surface,

• servicing the distributor of dog pouches,

• various maintenance and cleaning works,

The contracting authority plans to perform not less than 50% of the total value of works specified in the cost estimate. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change (increase or decrease) the number of measurement units / multiplicity of treatments, given in the cost estimate.

3. Requirements related to the performance of the contract concerning the employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons on the basis of an employment relationship (Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law) - PART I OF THE CONTRACT.

3.1. The Contractor undertakes to employ under an employment contract all persons who, during the performance of the subject of the contract, perform the activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in the field of performance of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code, i.e. persons/persons performing activities consisting in the performance of gardening and cleaning works of green areas in the District of Włochy m.st. Warsaw Area Italy specified in Annex 2 to the contract (Conditions for the performance of the contract and quality standards for the performance of works).

4. The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL.

The subject of the contract in part I of the contract will be works with a net value of up to PLN 330,946.40, consisting in repeating similar services included in the basic contract for part I of the contract, to the extent indicated in the cost estimate.

These contracts (in Part I contracts) will be awarded under conditions determined in accordance with the provisions of the Pzp Act.

• exchange of sand in sand fields,

• cutting off the edges of the lawn,

• maintenance of hardened gravel surface,

• maintenance of park benches,

• maintenance of waste bins,

• delivery and installation of security posts,

• spring raking of lawns, sand fields and sandpits,

• autumn raking of lawns, sand fields and sandpits,

• mowing lawns,

• lawn renovation,

• setting up and caring for flowerbeds,

• planting shrubs,

• weeding bushes,

• shrub care,

• rejuvenation of shrubs,

• rejuvenation of ground cover bushes,

• cutting and maintenance of hedges,

• intervention watering,

• repair of paved park surface,

• various maintenance and cleaning works.

3. Requirements related to the performance of the contract regarding the employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons on the basis of an employment relationship (Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law) - PART II OF THE CONTRACT.

The Contractor undertakes to employ, under an employment contract, all persons who, during the performance of the subject of the contract, perform the activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in the field of contract performance, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code, i.e. persons/persons performing activities consisting in the performance of gardening and cleaning works of green areas in the District of Włochy m.st. Warsaw Okęcie Area specified in Annex 2 to the contract (Conditions for the performance of the contract and quality standards of work).

4. The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL.

The subject of the contract in part II of the contract will be works with a net value of up to PLN 116,009.86, consisting in repeating similar services included in the basic order for part II of the contract, to the extent indicated in the cost estimate.

These contracts (in Part II of the contract) will be awarded on the terms determined in accordance with the provisions of the PPL.
