The object of the order is to perform the modernization and update of the databases: land and buildings records (EGiB), in the Birch County, (within records: Haczów, Municipality Haczów, Jabłonka, Dydnia and Nozdrzec Municipality, Nozdrzec Municipality, broken down into the following established parts (zadnia), i.e.:

1. Part 1: “Modernization of land and buildings within Haczów, Municipality of Haczów”;

2. Part 2: “Modernization of land records and buildings within Jabłonka, Dydnia Municipality”;

3) Part 3: “Modernization of land records and buildings within Nozdrzec, Municipality Nozdrzec”.

The object of the contract is to perform the modernization of land and buildings records (EGiB) and to carry out the necessary harmonizing activities of databases within the register: Haczów: Id 180204_2.0002.

The scope of the work covered by the contract is divided into stages which will be subject to separate receipts and settlements, i.e.:

— stage I: collection and analysis of materials,

— Phase II: fieldwork with analysis of the results of these works,

— Phase III: laying out the design of the descriptive and cartographic operat — final reception.
