The contracting authority wants tenders for a framework agreement for multifunction machines in order to cover the customer needs within printing, scanning and copying.

The contract includes among other things, delivery of machines, installation and training, service contract including delivery of consumables (not paper, this is bought in a separate contract) and collection/return of machines at the expiry of the contract. The framework agreement will include all of the municipalities’ businesses; office activity, schools/child and youth services, health, staff/support etc.
