The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path in Pomiechówek, Czarnowo and Goławice Drugie – stage I as part of the project "Development of sustainable multimodal mobility in the municipality of Pomiechówek and the functional area of Warsaw". 2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is presented in the Bills of quantities and design documentation, which constitute Annex 6 to SWZ 3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
