1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive municipal waste management service consisting in:

1) acceptance of a given fraction of municipal waste (according to the part of the contract) by the contractor from an entity acting on behalf of and on behalf of the Contracting Authority,

2) transport of a given fraction of municipal waste (depending on the part of the contract, the method of order execution and the variant of order execution),

3) collection/storage of municipal waste, at the place of municipal waste reception indicated and provided by the contractor, after its acceptance and before processing,

4) processing of accepted municipal waste in the processes of recovery (R) and/or disposal (D), in a municipal waste management site provided by the contractor,

- hereinafter referred to collectively, together with all related services and obligations, as the "municipal waste management service".

4. The Contracting Authority has divided the contract into lots in the manner indicated in Chapter I, Section 3 of the OPZ

1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive municipal waste management service with code 20 03 01 in the amount of 8500 Mg, consisting of:

1) acceptance of a given fraction of municipal waste (according to the part of the contract) by the contractor from an entity acting on behalf of and on behalf of the Contracting Authority,

2) transport of a given fraction of municipal waste (depending on the part of the contract, the method of order execution and the variant of order execution),

3) collection/storage of municipal waste, at the place of municipal waste reception indicated and provided by the contractor, after its acceptance and before processing,

4) processing of accepted municipal waste in the processes of recovery (R) and/or disposal (D), in a municipal waste management site provided by the contractor.

2. With regard to parts, the Contracting Authority provides:

1) performance of the contract in the variant providing for the transport of waste by an entity acting on behalf of and on behalf of the Contracting Authority to the place of waste acceptance provided by the Contractor (option I),

2) performance of the contract in the variant providing for the acceptance by the contractor of waste at a transfer station provided by an entity acting on behalf of and on behalf of the Contracting Authority (option II).

which differ from each other in the place and manner of transfer/takeover of municipal waste, the management of which constitutes a given part of the contract, as well as the circumstances resulting from it and related factors.

3. Taking into account the above provision, the Contracting Authority stipulates that:

1) The waste referred to above will be handed over to the contractor:

a) immediately after their collection from the owners of real estate located in the Wolsztyn Municipality – option I,

b) indirectly, through a transshipment station, which will be at the disposal of the operator collecting waste from the Wolsztyn Municipality – option II

The subject of the contract is described in:

1) Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ,

2) Model agreement constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference,

3) Offer form for a given part of the contract, constituting Appendices No. 2.1 to the Terms of Reference.

3) collection/storage of municipal waste, at the place of municipal waste reception indicated and provided by the contractor, after its acceptance and before processing,

4) processing of accepted municipal waste in the processes of recovery (R) and/or disposal (D), in a municipal waste management site provided by the contractor.

4) processing of accepted municipal waste in the processes of recovery (R) and/or disposal (D), in a municipal waste management site provided by the contractor.

The Contracting Authority stipulates that the waste will be handed over to the contractor:

a) after they have been deposited in PZO-PUNKT WASTE COLLECTION Berzyna 6,

4) processing of accepted municipal waste in the processes of recovery (R) and/or disposal (D), in a municipal waste management site provided by the contractor.

Taking into account the provision, the Contracting Authority stipulates that the waste will be handed over to the contractor after it has been deposited at the PZO-PUNKT WASTE COLLECTION POINT Berzyna 6
