Bergen Vann would like to enter into a framework agreement (without mini competitions) for the procurement and service of sewage pumps for sewage water.

The service is for deliveries under this framework agreement and it consists of 3 annual inspections and 1 guarantee expiry check. The tenderer is to cover all other costs in the guarantee period. The guarantee is independent of the contract period.

The procurement is for the Section for sewage transport and pumps with effect <= 25 kw.

We are currently organised into 4 sections: water production, water distribution, sewage transport and sewage treatment. The section for sewage transport is responsible for approx. 163 sewage pump stations in Bergen municipality and approx. 39 sewage pump stations in Os municipality. All the stations have at least 2 pumps. The need for new pumps is mainly due to wear and tear, breakdowns and upgrades, but there could also be new installations. There can, therefore, be a need for a not inconsiderable number of pumps/annum.

The contracting authority does not currently have a contract for the procurement of sewage pumps. The contract start will be as soon as possible after the procurement process has been completed.

The procurement value is estimated to be approx. NOK 1 500 000 per annum excluding VAT.
